Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours every Monday to Friday. All orders placed Friday after 2:00pm EST, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. You will receive tracking information via email and/or text once your order ships. Most orders arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location. Please make sure to add support@luxome.com to your contacts to ensure you receive our order and shipment confirmations.

We can ship most items to a P.O. Box, where there are no oversize requirements for some of our larger products. Subsequent to placing the order, you will receive a message from our friendly customer service team if the item is not eligible to ship to a PO Box.

YES! International Shipping is available to most countries outside of the United States. Once an international shipping address is entered, shipping methods and fees will be shown. Please keep in mind that additional duties and taxes may apply to complete delivery and will vary based on the country.

Yes! By being a part of our loyalty program, not only do you receive amazing discounts, credits, and even early notifications of incredible sales, BUT the rewards can be used towards payment of shipping for those orders that subtotal below $100, or to expedite orders that exceed the $100 threshold.

If the return is due to a fault of ours (defect, wrong product, damaged) we pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund. If the return is because of customer preferences we deduct the return shipping from the refund. Please review our RETURNS & EXCHANGES for full details.
