How do I use my LUX Credit?

Be sure to login to your account when visiting Luxome.com. At checkout, copy and paste your LUX Rewards Passcode into the Gift Card & Discount Code section, or simply click the button to APPLY CREDIT within your ORDER SUMMARY. Your credit will be applied to your order.

When will I receive my credit?

Your Lux Credit will be applied to your account within 24 hours of your eligible purchase. You will also receive an email notification once your credit has been added to your account.

Do I have to create an account in order to receive rewards?

You do not need to create a Luxome VIP Account. All of your rewards, credit, & tier information will be sent via email so everything can be managed directly in your inbox. However, without an account, you will not have access to the easy-to-use portal where you can view & manage your credit & rewards, as well as have additional access to exclusive VIP deals. Plus, it's free!

Can I use a discount code as well as my Lux Rewards?

Absolutely! Your Lux Credit works just like cash to spend on Luxome.com and can be used in conjunction with any discount code, gift card or promotion.

What does "lifetime purchases" mean?

Lifetime purchases mean how much you have spent with LUXOME since November 2018 (under a single email address).

How do I check my rewards balance?

Log in to your account and view your rewards in the menu on the right.

Can I earn Lux Credit on any purchase?

Almost! Earn Lux Credit on any purchase made on Luxome.com (after 10/2/23), except for the purchase of Gift Cards. Earned Lux Credit can be redeemed on any purchase, including gift cards!

Check your spam! Sometimes, emails can end up in spam by mistake. Please take a moment to check to see if the coupon email might have been filtered there and be sure to unmark the email as spam to guarantee you'll receive future emails from LUXOME.
